Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
Grade II listed building with a newer extension. All offices in both buildings have been cat5e cabled and refurbished and furnished with desking, seating and high level storage. Some offices have larger management desks and their own meeting room table and chairs. This is a new project and the building has only been open 2 months. There are approx 80 offices of varying size and different furniture layout. There is a large conference room that would accommodate 35 people (seating only) and a board, training and interview rooms available. Most of the offices have views of the grounds.
