The workspace and its facilities

This centre contains 12 managed workspaces, ranging from 195 to 600 sq ft. The offices are all on the ground floor and are carpeted and served by single-phase power socket outlets and fluorescent lighting. There is a reception service, communal kitchen and garden area. Licences for occupation can be as short as one month, or as long as two years. Included in a single licence fee is the rent charge, heat light and power, cleaning, reception and maintenance and monitoring of the sophisticated intruder alarm system.
