The workspace and its facilities
Bridgeworks comprises 7500 sq ft of boutique, townhouse-inspired accommodation, designed for small-medium sized businesses. The building has wooden floors, bespoke lighting and a Farrow and Ball colour scheme.
We bought these buildings in 2015, and spent two years refurbishing and combining them into quality spaces, retaining the quirky character and feel where possible.
Our standard leases in this building tend to be 12 months, but we understand that businesses need flexibility, so if you're upsizing (or downsizing), we try to accommodate you within our Manchester portfolio.

Bridgeworks is based at 67-69 Bridge Street, a continuation from John Dalton Street and on the edge of Spinningfields (just off Deansgate).
There are many local ammenities on the doorstep here - restaurants, bars, gyms, supermarkets and shops. Our personal nearby favourites are the Gas Lamp, Dishoom and Mojos!
The building comprises 7,500 sq ft accross two commercial spaces on the ground floor and five office spaces on the upper floors.
The spaces are designed for small business, with space for 8-20 desks. Each suite has it's own kitchen built in. We have an in house designer who can assist you in creating a bespoke office design for the unique needs of your business.
