The workspace and its facilities
The centre's new COVID-19-managed offices provide a modern, professional workspace with flexible, short-term contracts. The centre has offices ranging in size from 265 to 510 square feet and flexible space up to 1,000 square feet. The centre can comfortably accommodate firms with one to twenty employees. Because clients are not bound to a long-term commitment to the space, the flexible contracts allow tenants to locate their business wherever they want. The offices are rented unfurnished, and the rental price includes everything. Each office has air conditioning and heating. Clients will have full access to the shared kitchen and restrooms. In addition, the offices are equipped with a unique PIN code entry and an intercom system, allowing members to manage the arrival and exit of visitors and couriers effortlessly.
