Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
Located in this modern North London location is office space in a recently refurbished building. There are 4 to 8 large desks in a large open-plan office space with lockable matching pedestals and swirl chairs with multiple positions. The space is light and airy with double-height ceilings and big windows overlooking the Grand Union Canal. Access is from 8.30 am to 9.00 pm Monday to Friday. Desk spaces are offered on flexible contracts. Options offered at extra cost include use of meeting rooms, printing facilities, additional storage, telephone use and computer facilities. The office space on the first floor is split between two different companies where there are now 8 large desks available. Tenants would be sharing the office space, kitchen facilities and shower room with an architects practice and the other common areas with a mix of companies involved in architecture, engineering and data research. There is a quiet work atmosphere, however community is important with business networking recognised as an opportunity. This space would suit a small company that requires the flexibility of a license for a short period of time but in a high-quality environment.

This modern office space is situated in St Pancras Way, a short walk from the international station of Kings Cross St Pancras and Camden High Street. The office faces the Grand Union Canal, which offers a great view and can be accessed for a lovely quiet walk. Camden High Street is very close and offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and the market. A large Sainsbury's supermarket is located 10 minutes' walk away.
