Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
Its interior exposed brick walls, laid in English bond, have been sandblasted back to their original state – warm, light brown and pinkish. The sash window frames and deep sills remain, with updated double glazing and high ceilings, encouraging excellent airflow, and black-painted cast-iron, heavy-duty rivetted columns that retain the atmosphere of the building.
