Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This modernised property provides nine self-contained units from 253 to 1000 sq ft, together with five conference rooms, kitchen and cafeteria plus a shower room. The main entrance is staffed from 9 to 5.30 Monday to Friday so a meet and greet service is available for your guests. Tenants also have 24-hour access to the space. Features include comfort heating and cooling, keeping the offices at the optimum temperature. Pre-wired CAT 6 and fibre optic cables. Existing fibre optic broadband feed into the premises. CCTV and individual unit burglar alarms with monitoring station provide good security.
