The workspace and its facilities
This business centre comprises three distinct buildings with office suites available from 113 sq ft to 942 sq ft. The first building is a contemporary development created from recycled shipping containers and offers 18 office spaces. The second building provides office size starting from 124 to 942 sq ft, set behind a listed façade. The Grade II Listed building offers 5 self-contained serviced office spaces and one large shared office on the ground floor offering desk space to let starting from £50.00 per desk per week. The final building provides offices from 113 to 460 sq ft and is one of London’s oldest brick houses refurbished into office spaces and offers 10 office spaces. There is a traditional meeting room space containing remnants dating from the twelfth century, the space has a seating capacity for 12 people for boardroom-style meeting which can be hired for meeting or training.
