Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
Reopened in June 2021, the centre offers fast, free Wi-Fi, fresh coffee (included for meeting room hire), breakout spaces and private gardens. Its location, flexible layout and facilities make it ideal for team events or businesses looking for flexible workspace options. The upper ground floor office has been redesigned and is now fully furnished, providing workspace for 20 people. The new kitchen and shower ensure members get the most from the workplace. The ground and 2nd floors are currently bespoke, managed private offices. The UG floor is 808 square feet, the 2nd floor is 809 square feet and is available on 12- or 24-month agreements. Each floor can comfortably house 16 staff plus breakout space and kitchen area. In addition, the 2nd floor has a separate meeting room space. The ground floor is also available for meeting room or event space hire with the latest video-conferencing and display panel technology and a 12-seater boardroom table.
