Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This office is located in a old railway arch and has a huge vaulted ceiling and large windows offering good day light. There is both air conditioning and heating in the space so that tenants are always comfortable. There is a kitchen and separate ladies & gents toilets with a shower facility. This is a shared space with an architects studio who operate from the ground floor and are rent the 1st floor – communally sharing the toilets and kitchen. This space is offering 12+ month lease agreements and fees are inclusive of daily cleaning, all gas and electric and rates – the only fees you will have on top is the broadband and your calls – the office has cat6 cables already built in and some lovely glass tables and leather sofa’s available for use. The train line above has been out of service for years - so benefits from great transport links but no noise.

Camden is a wonderful part of London, and contains the sprawling Camden Market.
