Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The offices come in a variety of sizes and layouts. All are furnished, individually alarmed and have access 24 hours a day 7 days per week. The site is safe and secure with pin code access out of hours and monitored CCTV at all times.
We offer a flexible licence – for a period of time agreed with you – so you are not tied in to any lengthy or prohibitive leases. As your business grows or changes, you can upsize or downsize as you choose – allowing you to only pay for space you actually need. You don’t even need to worry about buying tea or coffee – we provide it all for you!
McCarthy’s Business Centre offers fully equipped kitchens on each floor and comfortable break out areas with flat screened televisions, so that you can relax and also meet other residents in our friendly “community”. McCarthy's are also able to offer different sized meeting rooms, storage facilities ranging from the size of a telephone box right up to a double garage, confidential shredding and archive storage all at very competitive prices.
