Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
Opened in April 2000, this superb centre offers an excellent business environment and is composed of two buildings, 'A' building and 'B' building. 'A' building provides excellent bright office units and the use of three conference rooms (free of charge). The building includes storage and light industrial units on the lower ground floor – this is highly beneficial if your company only requires a minimum amount of office space, but also requires storage for goods that you may be receiving and distributing. 'B' building offers workshop/light industrial units with mezzanine storage floors and excellent access for receiving and dispatching goods. Units in both buildings can be taken individually or in a combination to suit both your present and future needs. This centre also offers extensive parking, site security and a large number of local shops and suppliers. These offices suites are available unfurnished on an inclusive monthly rental.
