Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
Opened in February 2009, this property is a creative community that is flexibly managed to fit your needs exactly. Workspaces and suites are available from 127 to 43,500 sq ft. All the basics of a modern business are in place – power, access to broadband/Internet connectivity, high specification and functional units, and the ability to occupy within a matter of days. Short and long-term leases are available, and notice periods can be negotiated to fit your business needs. You can enjoy food and drink at the on-site Café Bar, open every day from early until late into the night and, because it will be open to all the local occupiers, BBC staff from just next door, and members of the wider Digital Media Quarter and Glasgow creative communities, it will always be buzzing. Exhibitions and film nights are also being planned for the near future too. Business rates are estimated at £5.50 per sq ft, and service charge is £5.20 per sq ft too.

The location
This area is home to several of Scotland's most iconic buildings and media organisations, making the neighbourhood surrounding the centre a hotbed of creative activity. There's excellent vehicle access via the M8 motorway and the Clyde Arc Bridge, and Pacific Drive will soon become the main Fastlink route linking Glasgow's central business district with the Digital Media Quarter. The area is also well served by public transport too, with 15 bus sites transiting the site. The Exhibition Centre suburban rail station and the Cessnock and Ibrox underground stations are just a short 10-minute walk away, and a steadily increasing number of local buses transit Pacific Quay.
