Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

With individual spaces starting from 100sqft and ranging up to 1200 sqft, this centre provides options for start-ups and larger scale business employing around 15 people. Flexible terms are available, with a minimum commitment of 6 months, and contracts are inclusive of rent, water rates, buildings insurance, heating and service charges. Tenants will benefit from a range of useful amenities. The centre’s reception is manned by professional and helpful staff who will be available to meet and greet any guests arriving for business meetings, they can also help handle and transfer calls, and take messages. In addition, they will happily handle postal and photocopying/scanning duties – a great help to any business.
