This compact office is available at £130 per workstation per month, with 2 months' deposit up front. A square office has one wall completely shelved with a feature fireplace and a small window to the rear overlooking the courtyard. A larger office fits three desks, is situated at the front of the building overlooking the busy town centre street and has white walls and blue carpets, also has a feature fireplace. £350 per calendar month. All rents are inclusive of light, heat, Internet and light refreshments. The offices are fully serviced with a cleaner, tea & coffee facilities and some of the offices come with desks, chairs & filing cabinets. Tenants are responsible for their own telephone line installation & associated costs.
