Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
There are currently office suites ranging from 200 sq ft and 337 sq ft to 1,200 sq ft in this modern refurbished building. The offices, which are split over three floors, have access to a kitchen on each floor, passenger lift, on-site parking, disabled facilities and a shower room. There is also a meeting room that can be rented out at an additional cost. A number of units can be linked together to create a large space if this is required. The lease agreement includes all rates, electricity, gas, water, cleaning, waste disposal, cat 5 cabling. These offices are available for immediate occupation.

The location
The office space is located at Farnham Railway Station – providing a direct link to London. There is additional parking available on the street and in nearby public car parks, great for both staff and visitors.
