This building has six small office suites that are let on flexible monthly licences giving excellent value. The individual offices are situated on the first and second floors of the building, which was completely refurbished in 2006 and is maintained to a high standard. All offices have carpeted floors, modern office lighting, double glazed windows with blinds, heating and power/telephone/broadband points. WC facilities are located on the ground and first floors. Shared kitchen facilities are on the ground floor. The building is alarmed and each office has its own front door entry system for admitting visitors. You decide how long you want the office space. Contracts are normally negotiated depending on how long the office space is needed. Contracts can be anything from 28 days in length.
