The workspace and its facilities
This is a landmark building located in the heart of the town centre. It is a four storey building which has been converted into an innovative and state-of-the-art managed business centre. This centre offers fully serviced office suites of varying sizes (2 to 6 person suites available), a ground floor co-working area (HubLounge) offering an 'office when required', a seminar area for 55 people and a range of flexible private meeting rooms equipped with multi-media presentation equipment. The building incorporates Finnegans Cafe and a Wellness Centre offering a range of traditional and complementary therapies. Tenants have 24/7 access and reception is manned from 8am to 9pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 7pm Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
