Housed within a Victorian townhouse, set in the heart of Edinburgh’s West End and offering fabulous views over Edinburgh and Fife, this centre is available to lease for up to five years. The space is lift accessible and boasts capacity for up to three people – ideal for start-ups or SME’s. Coming fully furnished, the space has three desks, filing cabinets and access to shared kitchen and toilet facilities. Tenants will benefit from an all-inclusive rate, with rent including WiFi, utilities, cleaning and a designated parking space. Tenants can also make use of two large meeting/training rooms on the ground floor.

The location
Tenants will benefit from their workspace being set in the heart of Edinburgh’s West End, thus having an array of amenities effectively on your doorstep.
