This Grade A Listed townhouse has recently been refurbished, to create bright and airy offices in the centre of Edinburgh. The serviced office is close to both Haymarket and Waverley train stations and is also in a great location to access both Princes Street and West End tram stops. George Street is very close by with a wide range of upmarket shops and restaurants as well as Princes Street being on your door step. The office also provides bike racks outside for those who cycle to work. There is a view of Edinburgh Castle from the building, with some of the higher up offices having a view directly from their windows.

The location
Ideal City Centre location, convenient for Edinburgh Waverley and Haymarket Stations as well as being in between two Edinburgh Tram stops located in the West End and Princes Street. Nearby Princes Street and Gardens and the upmarket shops and restaurants in George Street. There is also a view of Edinburgh Castle from the front of the building, which can be seen from the windows of some of the higher up offices withing the building. There are also plenty of spaces for bikes provided in the basement.
