The workspace and its facilities
Choose a dedicated desk or hot desk membership in the open-plan town centre office, flooded with natural light. It has several sit-stand desks as well as more casual spaces throughout the space. There are plenty of spots for a few minutes away from the desk or a casual chat with coworkers, including a massive south-facing balcony. Big Box is perfect for meetings or video calls, with direct access to the balcony and a whiteboard wall for brainstorming. Little Box is a smaller, more casual room, ideal for one-to-one chats. Both rooms are £10 per hour to book (or free to use on an ad-hoc basis) and exclusively for the members.

The location
Eastbourne is 1.5 hours from central London by train and under an hour from Gatwick Airport, with scheduled flights to all major European cities. It is located in Eastbourne Town Centre, right next door to Eastbourne railway station. The main shopping area is a two-minute walk in one direction, with Little Chelsea and our favourite coffee shops and cafes a two-minute walk the other way. It is 60 seconds from the ticket barriers at Eastbourne railway station, where local and out-of-town buses also stop. It has bike storage in the basement and is a short walk from popular residential areas, such as Old Town, Seaside, Roselands, and Upperton.
