Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
Top–quality office rental facilities, excellent broadband speeds and a wonderfully peaceful location make this office facility unbeatable. Created from beautiful traditional buildings that have been aesthetically refurbished, the offices are finished to an extremely high standard with modern facilities. Many original features have been retained, making for a comfortable and relaxing place to work. A key feature for most tenants is the superfast broadband network. Linked directly to the North Wales FibreSpeed data highway, it provides uncontended symmetrical broadband connectivity with very high speeds. The landlord operates and maintains the system up to and including the tenant’s router. It is fully-backed by maintenance cover, with a helpline for tenants. Tenants simply pay a fixed monthly fee in return for access. There is plenty of secure parking for both tenants and visitors. The offices are 10-minutes from Chester city centre, yet are surrounded by attractive, quiet countryside. They are at the end of a private driveway and are well away from the main road, making for a secure and private place to work. The A55 North Wales Expressway is only minutes away, giving fast access to the national motorway network. The Airbus (Broughton site) is just a few minutes away. There is a major retail park just a few minutes away at Broughton Park (Tesco, Boots etc). Chester has excellent city centre eateries and shopping, plus a large out-of-town retail park, just 20-minutes away on the North Wales Expressway.
