Bute House is the the old electrical workshop that served the whole of the East Moors Steelworks. Now part of Cardiff Bay Business Centre the building has been converted into a standalone unit that integrates a workshop area, with an overhead crane and 3-phase electricity supply points for welding, 4 offices spread over 2 levels and welfare facilities and meeting rooms. The Centre itself offers plenty of free unallocated parking, 24 hour access, free access to our fitness room, and an onsite café. Located on the site of the old East Moors Steelworks, Cardiff Bay Business Centre incorporates many of the old steelworks buildings with new buildings to provide workshop and office space for small to medium businesses
