Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
Units 10 and 11 are available on flexible leases in this modern purpose built office block. Each unit is self-contained, finished to a high standard and comes fully air conditioned. Both of the offices are located on the first floor and feature a balcony. The offices are large and open plan, both with separate meeting rooms and kitchen facilities. Unit 10 is 750 sq ft at £834 rent per month and Unit 11 is 1500 sq ft at £1500 per month. The respective service charges for the units are fully inclusive of water rates, grounds maintenance, wheelie bins, building insurance, maintenance of air con units, fire extinguishers, fire alarm and the lift. The centre also features on-site parking.
