Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This is a former school and church with great charm and character. Recently completely refurbished it offers between 6 and 8 stylish and comfortable office units ranging in size from 124 to 650 sq ft. It also houses a large and beautifully light complex of artist/creative studio spaces suitable for anyone working with materials and light equipment. The building also features a large meeting room with adjoining dining area, kitchen facilities and break out seating areas. Licensees also have access to shared kitchen facilities. There is good disabled access to most parts of the building with ramp and centrally situated lift. There are also disabled showers and toilet facilities on the ground floor. The building is supervised and inspected by the management team on a daily basis and it is fully alarmed. Access can be arranged 24/7 and further facilities and support services are available through the reception at another centre.
