Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

Based in Bristol, this centre is composed of five floors, each consisting of modern, functional office space. The centre boasts an attractive entranceway and would be a perfect for a small business or start-up. The space benefits from an abundance of natural light, making for a productive atmosphere for tenants. Current tenants include charities, app developers and software developers. Amenities include 24 hour access, an onsite management team, central heating, and high speed fibre internet. The location
The centre is situated on King Street, which is a well known street to anyone in Bristol. The memorable cobbles and Dickensian looking buildings mean it is a destination for tourists and locals alike. The street borders the grassy expanse - Queen's Square - with Welsh Back at one end of the street and the Harbourside at the other. Cabot Circus is a ten minute walk away. Bristol Temple Meads train station is also close by, less than 20-minutes walk, which allows tenants easy access to a range of destinations, including direct access to London Paddington.
