Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
These premises consist of a well-lit, open plan co-working facility right in the heart of Bristol. Tenants enjoy excellent rates with all bills and coffee included. A kitchenette features all the usual facilities, and each desk comes with a private locker. There is a meeting room complete with table and chairs, which can be booked out at no additional cost. The suite forms part of Bristol’s latest creative and entrepreneurial work hub. There is a cafe and gym on the ground floor as well as showers on the next floor. Access is 7 days a week, between 6.00 a.m. and 10.30 p.m.
