The workspace and its facilities
The former landmark building, based on the waterfront in Hove, is a friendly business environment offering offices for 1 to 16 persons. The free car park on the quayside is the main attraction as well as being based within walking distance to Portslade Station. The dedicated 100 meg fibre optic lease line, state of the art phone system with 24-hour voice mail, high security, secure swipe card access and CCTV ensure a smooth and safe running of your business. A fully manned reception area is open office hours to assist tenants with messaging, postal services, welcoming of visitors, and to aid with any ad-hoc requirements. With cleaning support and a caretaker provided, we always ensure a professional environment for tenants. The centre is based within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, but if you are stuck for the time, our onsite café is a source of hot and cold food/drinks. Not looking for a full-time office? The centre also offers virtual office services or just the occasional conference booking facilitated by our meeting and conference rooms.
