Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The office space available is on Longlands Street, Bradford, just on the edge of the city centre, close to local shops. A car park is available (within the tenancy) just opposite the entrance. Available offices are situated on the first floor and have laminate wooden floor corridors and external light from windows in each office. Each tenant has a dedicated door entry system that can contact your landline/mobile, so visitors can speak to you even when you are out or running late. There is a lift to the office floor, and the building is a stone, character building but internally in this space the offices are modern. The lease for the space includes utilities.
