Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This is a modern purpose-built office building that provides 18 office suites ranging from 470 sq ft to 1,400 sq ft and 34 light industrial workshops from 500 sq ft to 2,700 sq ft. All are let on a 3-month rolling licence, ensuring easy-in/easy-out terms with free parking facilities, 24-hour access, reception services, a fully equipped conference suite, and high-speed broadband connection available. Air conditioning is a further benefit to tenants at this centre, and there are also bike racks on-site for those cycling to the office, who can also make use of the shower facilities.
