The space extends to 900 sqft and is divided into 2 rooms, with a general office and meeting room or manager's room...the suite also has it's own kitchen.
Furniture can be provided, or tenants are welcome to make use of their own/existing furniture.

There are 2 car parking spaces allocated and a loading bay...all spaces are adjacent to the front door. A parking permit scheme is in operation to ensure no-unauthorised parking.

There are two-way access to reach this place which is by car or public transport as such as taxi, Metro train and bus. The town centre and Ashford International Train Station are 7 minutes’ drive away with journey times of 37 minutes to London St Pancras. For great shopping, the popular Ashford Designer Outlet is south of the town centre...and there are a range of shops in the town centre which is a 2 minute drive/20 minute walk.
