Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

You can take as much or as little space as you want and expand within the building only when your need demands without having to commit to more space than you require up front.
The licence fee you pay for your serviced office at Index House, Ascot, includes rent, heating, lighting, cleaning, receptionist/ telephonist, kitchen, security system, and car parking.
The building is protected by a monitored burglar and smoke detection system. You have 24 hour, seven day a week access to your office. To take an office at Index House you sign a simple licence agreement with no delay or legal cost. Index House is a friendly, professional environment with forty years experience in providing quality, serviced offices.

The location
This business centre is located close to M3/Junction 3 and M4 Junction 10 Bracknell or Junction 6 Windsor. Ascot is on the mainline, and there are railway services to London Waterloo (45 minutes), and it is approximately 25 minutes by road from Heathrow Airport.
