Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This centre provides its residents an air-conditioned building (ground floor and first floor) with 28 offices, several meeting rooms and a carefully designed reception area. Secure (24-hour access) and functional in a family and friendly atmosphere is included. Each office is furnished and equipped (from 1 to 4 workstations), equipped with telephone and Internet networks (very high speed). A relaxation area is reserved for our occupants who wish to have coffee or lunch on site (microwaves, refrigerators, plates, glasses, etc.). This building is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and there is a private car park for your convenience.
