The discount is granted from a term of 36 months as follows: - 50% discount for 3 months for contracts signed by 31.10.24 - 50% discount for 2 months if the contract is signed by 30.11.24 - 50% discount for 1 month if the contract is signed by 31.12.24 The rent-free period refers to the net cold rent, ancillary costs or shares are to be paid in full for the entire term.
