Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

In order to further guarantee safe distances between tenants and visitors, buildings are designed to be low (two to four floors) which gives people options - those who don't mind taking the stairs can easily do so in the morning, whereas for those in a hurry, the large industrial elevators offer an easy solution. Offer Conditions *The offer applies to new customer contracts for office space and cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions. The discount is granted from a term of 36 months as follows: - 50% discount for 3 months for contracts signed by 31.10.24 - 50% discount for 2 months if the contract is signed by 30.11.24 - 50% discount for 1 month if the contract is signed by 31.12.24 The rent-free period refers to the net cold rent, ancillary costs or shares are to be paid in full for the entire term. Offices with an all-in rent are an exception; here the offer relates to the all-in rent. Loft offices, space in our First Choice Business Centers and all inquiries already under negotiation are excluded from the offer.
