Space division between different buildings enables tenants to be better distributed over a large area. Separate entrances are used, which means they are less frequent. Of course, this centre regularly disinfects all entrance areas and cleans them thoroughly. This can also comply with the distance specifications at any time in the building. So can easily take the stairs in two- to four-story buildings or drive with large industrial elevators. Offer Conditions *The offer applies to new customer contracts for office space and cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions. The discount is granted from a term of 36 months as follows: - 50% discount for 3 months for contracts signed by 31.10.24 - 50% discount for 2 months if the contract is signed by 30.11.24 - 50% discount for 1 month if the contract is signed by 31.12.24 The rent-free period refers to the net cold rent, ancillary costs or shares are to be paid in full for the entire term.
