Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The 7th floor is a traditional office floor of 180 square meters to 750 square meters, which is exquisitely decorated and equipped with new brand office furniture. It is a single house, with an independent meeting room and tea room and an independent LOGO wall. Floors 8-10 are service office floors, 20-150 square meters, with reception area, coffee bar. Furthermore, a finely decorated public canteen on the first floor.
