Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The Exchange Twin Tower (previous called LG Twin Tower), the iconic building on Chang 'an Avenue in Beijing, has been part of the city's skyline since it was built for South Korea's LG Group in 2005. In 2020, the building was acquired by the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) and renovated by Joy City Holdings to create a new international Grade A office complex.
The CLOU Colo design team took over the renovation of the Exchange Twin Towers, in particular the complete redesign of the podium area that connects the two towers. The renovation covers the five-storey podium and the tower's interior public area. The renovated podium atrium is not only closely connected to the city, but also provides a perfect blend of business and office, while the towers at the east and west ends focus on the provision of formal office space.
The renovation of the Exchange Twin Towers not only modernizes the interior style, but also transforms the previously dark and closed vertical flow shaft structure into a bright, multi-faceted and three-dimensional public space. This new public space is not only more attractive, but also enhances the sense of space by improving the skylight design and enhancing the circulation of the internal and external Spaces.
After the transformation, The Exchange Twin Tower is not only a place for modern busy life, but also a three-dimensional urban courtyard that integrates rest and work, providing a more pleasant office environment for urban residents

Location is great, in the center of Beijing Business- Guomao area. There are 2 subway lines directly connecting to the building. Subway Line 1 & Line 17 ( Yong Anli Station).
