The work center and its facilities
The workspace offers a great and modern working office space with all the required instruments for seamless working. This center is a collaborative workspace with mainly private offices, but also some retail space as well. In addition, there are 2 meeting rooms, several desks and common spaces available. All suites offer Wifi and hard-wired connections. The first floor consists of 9 spaces with four having the option of being a retail space and featuring full glass retail doors. This floor of the building is ADA accessible. The upper floor has an additional 8 private offices. Shared amenities include lobbies, conference rooms, bathrooms (2 of 5 are ADA accessible) and a break room to name a few. There are two conference rooms for use and up to 25 people can accommodate the meeting. Parking With 36 available parking spaces for members and visitors.
