Chief Executive Officer (Global)
Tim joined The Instant Group in 2013 to lead the company in its growth as a dynamic, innovative and client centric solutions provider. He brings a wealth of experience in the outsourcing industry, most recently as CEO of the Americas business for global firm Williams Lea, and has been personally responsible for delivering outsourced solutions to many of the key FTSE 100 and S&P 500 companies. Prior to this, Tim was Managing Director at London based marketing and communications company Rodber Thorneycroft Ltd, which was acquired by Williams Lea in 2003. Tim began his career as an Army officer and as a successful international rugby player having played for Northampton Saints between 1989 and 2001. Tim appeared 44 times for England, twice for the British and Irish Lions and was a Rugby World Sevens Cup Winner.

James brings best in class financial controls to our business and is focused on delivering added value for our clients. He joins The Instant Group from the Choice Care Group, a private equity owned business that successfully recapitalised at the end of 2013. Prior to that James spent the early part of his career at PwC before spending eight years with Phoenix Equity Partners working with a wide range of companies on their strategic, financial and operational effectiveness. Having been a Board Director for various private equity backed businesses James brings exceptional experience to The Instant Group’s Executive Team. Lyndsay Hardwick
Chief Operations Officer (Global)
Lyndsay’s approach to delivering excellence drives optimum value and service delivery for our clients. Leading our global operations, Lyndsay is responsible for driving innovation and expanding our client proposition, ensuring quality and value are optimised in our services and supply chain, whilst also delivering best in class operational practices. An experienced and engaging business leader, Lyndsay brings 17 years’ experience from the Williams Lea Group, a global business process outsourcing company. There she held various key strategic and operational positions, working with numerous blue chip clients and playing an instrumental role in the growth and globalisation of the business.
Will Duncan
General Counsel & Corporate Development Director (Global)
Will joined Instant in 2014 in a legal and corporate development role, focused on helping Instant drive innovation through its client workspace solutions from a commercial and contractual perspective, whilst also developing Instant’s global delivery capability. With over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial legal matters, Will was previously General Counsel at Williams Lea holding responsibility for all legal, contractual and corporate matters globally over a ten year period. Prior to that, Will worked at international city law firm Bird & Bird, specialising in M&A, private equity, corporate and commercial law.
Lucinda Pullinger
Managing Director (UK)
A highly experienced director and leader, Lucinda provides strategic direction to the board & executive team and encourages a high-performance culture. Joining from the RFU, the governing body for Rugby Union in England, where she was the HR Director. Lucinda started her career with Accenture in their Human Performance Consultancy function. Lucinda then spent over a decade at Shell in various Shell businesses in Global HR and specialist talent roles.

Chief Technology Officer (Global)
Steve Homan, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for strategy and delivery of Instant’s technology agenda as well as the digital marketplace. This marketplace will serve more than 30,000 businesses every month in more than 175 countries and offers a range of services to clients including membership plans; on demand desks; virtual offices; office booking; managed offices; and strategic consulting and tech services. Core to this marketplace is providing businesses with technology solutions that support hybrid working, empowering employees to make smarter workspace decisions day to day. Homan comes to Instant having delivered market changing solutions at Collinson, The Daily Mail Group, Fitness First and Metapack. A background in engineering, product delivery, machine learning and digital transformation, Homan is part of Instant’s Executive team.
Nestor Eliadis
Chief Operations Officer & Chief Financial Officer (Americas)
An accomplished real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in corporate real estate and finance; real estate consulting and brokerage; project management and architecture, Eliadis most recently served at Walgreen Co. for nine years in the real estate and finance divisions. During his tenure there, he led real estate for more than 3,500 operating assets; 1,000 idle dispositions; $2 billion in sale-leasebacks; multiple organizational transformations; the acquisition of nearly 2,000 properties; and scaled finance programs totaling more than $4 billion in operating expenses, $1 billion in capital expenses, and $150 million in cost reductions annually. Eliadis leads operations and finance for The Instant Group in the Americas, a fast-growing region for the global firm. He is based in the firm's growing Chicago office.
Luis Perez
Vice President of Solutions Development (LATAM)
Luis joined The Instant Group in 2016, with over 12 years’ experience working in the real estate sector. Prior to Instant, Luis worked for Microsoft and JLL, specialising in portfolio strategy. Now based in Miami, Luis oversees the LATAM flex market as Senior Director of Real Estate Solutions Development.
Gary Allin
Executive Director, Solutions Delivery (UK & EMEA)
Gary join Instant in 2019 as Head of Project Delivery for the UK & EMEA, to lead the execution of the firms’ workspace projects for its growing international client base. Gary joined the business from ISG in Asia where he held the role of Group Managing Director. During his time there, he drove the development and growth of the business from a 35-person team in Malaysia to over 600 employees across Asia and the Middle East. Gary established and maintained a number of long-term strategic accounts with blue chip companies from various sectors including oil and gas, finance and banking, professional services, technology, and retail.
Sean Lynch
Managing Director (Asia-Pacific)
Sean joined The Instant Group in 2015 to lead our expansion in the Asia Pacific region and cater for the increase in client demand for flexible workspace solutions. He brings nearly 20 years’ experience, predominantly in the outsourced services sector in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. This includes nearly five years as Operations Director, Asia Pacific for global business process outsourcing firm Williams Lea, where he led delivery and implementation of services for clients across the region. More recently, Sean has held client leadership roles in New Zealand, where he worked for regional technology firms Fronde and Datacom.
Paul Marshall
Regional Director (Asia Pacific)
Paul joined The Instant Group in 2018 and is based in Instant's Kuala Lumpur hub office. As Regional Director, Paul’s role is focused on the operational implementation of Managed projects, leading the delivery and FM teams across Asia Pacific. Prior to Instant, Paul led a Global Fit Out Company for 16 years and has demonstrable experience in property due diligence, best in class HSE implementation, procurement and general management.
Simon Marion
Regional Director (Asia Pacific)
Simon joined The Instant Group in 2020 as a Regional Director, based in Singapore. Simon joined us from Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions where he served as a director in the company’s Southeast Asia division for three and a half years. Prior to this, the graduate of Toulouse Business School had served as an associate director and account manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s Asia Pacific project management team from 2014 to 2016. Between 2010 and 2014, Simon had served as business development manager in Shanghai for SIP Project Management, which is now part of Colliers International.
Kieran Gartshore
Senior Director (Asia Pacific)
Kieran joined The Instant Group in 2014, originally being based in the London office before relocating to Instant’s Sydney hub to grow the AsiaPacific region. As Senior Director, Kieran provides expert advice to clients on the acquisition, management, and procurement of flexible office space across the AsiaPac. He has over 15 years’ experience within the global property market, having worked across Australia, Asia and Europe.
