Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The work center and its facilities
The center offers fully serviced co-working space, executive offices as well as private suites to meet your office needs, whatever the size! It has six suites separated into two categories. Four suites are shared executive office spaces and co-working spaces. Two suites are available for companies requiring a private suite. In the four shared executive office suites, they have a total of 71 individual offices ranging from 85-750 sq ft. As your project needs ebb and flow, you can modify your workplace to create a solution to match your changing requirements. This space provides the resources and amenities needed to meet the requirements of your employees and government clients. Each tenant “seat” consists of either; a cubical or desk with mobile pedestal drawer, chair, with optional phones, internet and computer equipment. A building access card, keys and/or suite access badges are provided for each leased office, free of charge. As with all tenants, you will have daily access to your space and the building’s free parking facilities.The Business Services Center's friendly staff are available to assist you with your administrative needs.
