Office Summary
The beautiful property built in the mid 19th Century is a rare example of one of the old ‘working buildings’ of Central Amsterdam. A former Tobacco warehouse and office it contains most of the original features; including a spectacular Marble entry, staircase and hallway; oak parquet floors, oak panelled walls and ceilings. The communal office room (the ex-warehouse part) benefits from being light and airy with 6m high ceilings (in most parts) and plenty of light from above. The office has been fitted with hiqh quality workspaces and chairs, with lockable storage units. High speed network access, printers and photocopying are standard and included in the fixed monthly prices. Presentation equipment is available in the ‘Board Room’ which can be rented separately by all tenants and (when available) external third parties.
Office Location
Located in the heart of the ‘Old Part’ of Amsterdam it is not possible to be more central. Only 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam’s main Centraal Station; it is located opposite the 5 star Grand Hotel and the site of the 17th Century birth place of Amsterdam’s main university. Bars, restaurants, trams, shops and markets are all on your doorstep. Parking is available at several local places like the Grand or the Stopera (the center of local government in Amsterdam).
