Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The business center extends over six floors around an internal patio, in a pretty and typical old Parisian building. The place has a lot of character. The offices are fully equipped, air-conditioned and secure. The equipment and furniture is functional, comfortable and modern. The configuration of desks is very easy to change in order to adapt to your specific needs. Six meeting rooms around the green patio will enable you to organise your meetings/seminars or any event in ideal conditions. A lounge room at the top floor is available in order to rest, have a coffee, or an informal discussion. The team is ready to help you and answer your questions from Monday till Friday, from 9.00 am till 7.00 pm.
